Club Shoots are advertised on this page and you can apply for the shoot online by clicking the APPLY button. Entries open for competitions usually 3-4 weeks prior to the competition date.

Entry forms are posted on our Facebook page, usually 3-4 weeks before the date of the shoot.
Entries are only accepted on the official club entry form.
Before submitting an entry please read the Shoot Prospectus and the entry form for the conditions of entry.
All archers affiliated to WA/Archery GB and on good terms with the club are eligible to apply.
Our two main outdoor field venues our located at Clandeboye Estate and Ballywalter Park
We have now introduced a FAMILY fee for our competitions. Details can be found in the shoot prospectus. This may vary depending on the status of the shoot.

The Icebreaker Shoot

The Icebreaker shoot will be held at Clandeboye Estate on Sunday 4th of January 2026. This will be an Open Unmarked Non-Status Club shoot. Entries now open .

The Valentine shoot will be held at Clandeboye Estate on Sunday 8th of February 2026. This will be an Open Mixed Non-Status Club shoot. Entries will open 13th January 2026.

The Red Kite 3D Shoot

The Colum Cille 3D Shoot will be held at Ballywalter Park on Saturday the 28th and Sunday the 29th of March 2026. The format will focus on learning and progress. The same targets will be set for the 2 days and on day 2 archers can apply their learning from day 1 and see if they can improve their score. We will not be having a medal ceremony, but will be providing a medal and improvement badge to archers who have progressed/improved their score.

The Red Kite 3D Shoot

The Red Kite 3D shoot will be World Archery Status and incorporate the NI 3D Championships. The venue will be Ballywalter Park on Saturday the 6th and Sunday 7th of June 2026. Entries will open Sunday the 3rd May 2026

Our 40th Anniversary shoot will be held at Clandeboye Estate on Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th of October 2027. This will be a Mixed World Archery record status (Arrowhead) shoot. Entries will open Sunday 6th September 2026
