What do we value?

Putting Members First

At the heart of our club is the vision for all members to: LEARN - COMPETE - BELIEVE

To try and achieve this, we work to foster an archery environment where archers of all abilities and backgrounds feel valued, respected, enjoy the sport of archery and where their interests and potential are maximised enabling them to progress and achieve success through collective participation and individual determination attaining their full sporting aspirations.

What Do We Value?

As a club we strive to embed a culture of inclusion, diversity, respect, and individual value centred on 7 core values which we BELIEVE will help to foster an inclusive environment where all members feel valued, respected, and can achieve.

  • Belief
  • Excellance
  • Leadership
  • Integrity
  • Empowerment
  • Value
  • Enjoyment

Our values reflect what is important to us as a club and they help to guide our behaviour and actions in all aspects of our club development.

What are we setting out to do?
